Synopsis: Subud Brisbane has increased hall rental income by 96% in three years, while making significant improvements to the hall. This presentation is an overview of the strategy we used, and the results we achieved. The steps taken are straightforward and effective, and can be used by anyone trying to improve their Subud Hall for lease to the public.

About the Presenter: Louisa Cox is a longtime Subud member, current Chair of Subud Brisbane and Hall Manager of the Clearview Centre, Subud Brisbane’s centreprise. For two years in Melbourne Louisa applied for grants that successfully won $1.3million dollars of multi-year funding for a non-profit arts organisation. In Brisbane she was lucky to work for a successful entrepreneur who taught her a lot about running, and starting, businesses.
